About GoodSeva
GoodSeva is a freight marketplace for shippers and carriers in India. Shippers post a load. Carriers bid on it. After a bid is accepted, both sides can follow the trip and settle payment on the platform.
What we operate
The public website explains the product. The working product is the web app at app.goodseva.com and the GoodSeva driver app. We are a marketplace: we do not own the trucks, carry the cargo, or insure the shipment.
A completed booking has a platform fee of 15% on the transaction. That fee covers the marketplace, payment handling, and support. The commercial terms are on the Terms of Service.
Who it is for
- Companies and individual shippers who need a truck for a load.
- Logistics companies and owner-operators looking for loads to haul.
How each side uses the product is on Solutions. The steps inside a booking are on Services. Body types and payload ranges we list are on Vehicles.
