A shipper signs in at app.goodseva.com and enters the shipment: pickup, drop, schedule, and the vehicle type the load needs. The vehicle catalog on this site lists the body types and payload ranges used when choosing a truck.
Services
GoodSeva is a marketplace that connects a shipper who has freight with a carrier who has a truck. These are the parts of that job the product actually does.
Bids from carriers
Carriers who can take the lane see the load and submit a price. The shipper compares those bids and accepts one. An accepted bid is the agreement to move that load. GoodSeva does not set the freight rate.
Trip tracking
After acceptance, the shipper can follow the trip in the web app. The driver uses the GoodSeva driver app to share location during the trip. Tracking is there so both sides can see where the load is. It is not a separate fleet-hardware product.
Payment
Payment for a successful trip is handled on the platform and released against delivery. GoodSeva charges a 15% platform fee on the transaction, as stated in the Terms of Service.
What we do not offer
GoodSeva does not sell vehicle insurance, truck loans, fuel cards, EV charging, or used trucks. Older pages on this site described those services. They were removed because they are not part of the product.
